Strategize to Win: Round Robin Chess Tournament

Event Details:

• Dates: Friday, 13th April and Saturday, 14th April
• Venue: Curro Durbanville Chess Academy, Curro Durbanville Primary School
• Entry Fee: R200

Tournament Format:

Participants will be grouped into six-player clusters based on their ratings to ensure evenly matched competition. The tournament will follow a 5-round, 6-player round robin format, allowing each competitor to play against every other player in their group.

• Time Control: 60 minutes + 10 seconds increment
• Schedule: 3 rounds on 13th April and 2 rounds on 14th April
