Congratulations to Our Rising Chess Stars!

Greetings to our esteemed African Chess Lounge community!

We are elated to announce that several of our young and talented players have made it to the prestigious list for selection to the Chess Western Province Regional Training Squad. This is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the unwavering support from our incredible community.

The Chess Western Province recently communicated about the upcoming Western Cape Provincial Junior Rapid Chess Championship (WCJRCC) on 23 September 2023. This event is a golden opportunity for junior players in the U08 to U16 age category to participate in a higher-level event and officially represent the Chess Western Province team.
